This coffee comes to us from the Gatta Drying Station in Sidama, Ethiopia. 563 producers from the Shantawene community contributed to this microlot.These producers grow their coffee as part of a polyculture system, intercropped alongside fruit and vegetables. This microlot was named Odaco after the Odaco tree. An important symbol for the Shentawene people who grew this coffee.
