這是我們來自 Raw Material 朋友的另一款咖啡。Gito 在盧安達語中意為「微小」。傳統上，這麼小的咖啡豆不會出口，僅在國內市場銷售。Raw Material 和 Kilimbi 水洗處理站不認為較小的豆子代表品質較差，於是將這些小豆子分離出來，按密度分級並進行杯測。正如他們所料，這款咖啡風味絕佳，現在生產者可以為這部分作物獲得更好的價格。農民們用船將咖啡櫻桃運送到 Kilimbi，這是唯一能到達這座位於盧安達與剛果民主共和國邊界上的基伍湖（Great Lake Kivu）處理站的方式。
The tiny bean size really does make a difference here — the cup comes out surprisingly smooth and sweet, almost like a tea. I've bought a lot of Rwandan coffees over the years, and this one stands out for its delicate body. Already reordered a second bag before the first one ran out.
The bag arrived and the beans are genuinely tiny, but they brew up with a surprisingly hearty body that I wasn't expecting. It's become my quiet afternoon ritual to grind these and just savor the cup.
These little beans brew up surprisingly sweet and clean, way more depth than I expected from something so small. The bag's almost gone and I’m already planning my next order.
