Dieser Kaffee wurde in der Trockenmühle Kindeng in den Western Highlands von Papua-Neuguinea verarbeitet. Die Mühle arbeitet mit 1.500 Kleinbauern aus den Gemeinden Kindeng und Arufa zusammen. Die Produzenten verkaufen die Kaffeekirschen an die Mühle, die sie dann auf Hochbeeten sortiert und trocknet. Dabei wird der Kaffee regelmäßig gewendet, um eine gleichmäßige Trocknung zu gewährleisten.

Diese Charge ist süß und funky, mit Schokoladennoten und einer Cranberry-Säure.
