アレタ・ウェンド洗浄ステーションを利用する農家は、一般的に0.1～2ヘクタールの小規模な農地を所有しています。農家がチェリーを収穫すると、洗浄ステーションに持ち込まれ、そこで浮選、パルピング、発酵が行われた後、高床式で15～20日間乾燥されます。均一な乾燥を確保するため、定期的に熊手で攪拌されます。
このロットは、アプリコットやフォレストフルーツの風味と、スパイスの効いたシナモンの温かみが感じられる、フルーティーで明るい味わいです。
