今シーズン最初のグアテマラ産コーヒーは、ティナミット・トリマン協同組合から届きました。組合の26名の生産者は、ソロラ県南高地のアティトラン湖を囲む山々で栽培を行っています。
このロットは甘くフルーティーで、ほんのりと酒精感があります。ピーチとパイナップルの風味に、ジャムのような口当たりが特徴です。
