두 번째 연속 수확으로 피타야를 선보이게 되어 정말 기쁩니다! 이 제품은 콜롬비아 우일라 지역 생산자들이 만든 핑크 부르본 블렌드입니다. 커피는 저희 친구인 밍가 커피의 로라와 윌리엄이 공급했습니다. 동료 플로로와 에디슨과 함께 작업하는 이 작은 팀은 인근 소규모 농가의 핑크 부르본 로트를 분석하고 커핑하여 이 품종을 가장 잘 대표하는 블렌드를 만듭니다. 콜롬비아가 실험적인 가공 방식과 점점 더 연관되고 있지만, 대부분의 커피는 여전히 전통적인 습식 제분소를 사용하여 세척됩니다. 밍가는 깨끗하고 세척된 커피를 기념하는 데 초점을 맞추며, 콜롬비아가 매 수확마다 소수의 혁신적인 커피만 제공하는 것이 아니라 훨씬 더 많은 것을 제공할 수 있음을 보여줍니다.
