이번 시즌 과테말라 원두 중 첫 번째는 티나밋 톨리만 협동조합에서 공급됩니다. 협동조합의 26명의 회원들은 솔로아 남부 고원지대에 위치한 아티틀란 호수를 둘러싼 산악 지대에서 농사를 짓고 있습니다.
이 로트는 달콤하고 과일 향이 나며 약간의 알코올 향이 느껴집니다. 복숭아와 파인애플의 노트와 함께 잼 같은 질감이 입안에서 느껴집니다.
