我們非常興奮地與您分享這款來自烏伊拉省北部拉普拉塔的咖啡。此批次由5位生產者共同貢獻，其中50%來自費爾南多·加西亞，他種植了一種當地品種「波旁曼薩諾」，其餘4位生產者則提供哥倫比亞品種。該地區擁有適合種植咖啡的微氣候，日照時間極短——每天僅約3小時——這使得咖啡櫻桃能累積更多糖分。
這批咖啡極其甜美，帶有出色的明亮酸度，同時保有厚重的口感。具有類似帕內拉糖的甜味，伴隨著太妃糖與蜂蜜的氣息，交織著溫和的熱帶風情，以及層層的無花果乾、香料蜜桃與蜜餞水果風味，最後以柔和的巧克力與紅糖餘韻收尾，呈現出一杯既歡快又令人感到舒適的咖啡。
