Vi er virkelig glade for at kunne præsentere Pitaya for anden høst i træk! Dette er en Pink Bourbon-blanding fra producenter i Huila-regionen i Colombia. Kaffen er indkøbt af vores venner Laura og William fra Minga Coffee. Sammen med kollegerne Floro og Edinson analyserer og cupper dette lille team Pink Bourbon-partier fra nærliggende småbønder for at skabe en blanding, der bedst repræsenterer sorten. På trods af Colombias voksende ry for eksperimentel forarbejdning, bliver størstedelen af landets kaffe stadig vasket på traditionelle våde møller. Minga fokuserer på at hylde rene, vaskede kaffer og vise, at Colombia har meget mere at byde på end blot en håndfuld innovative kaffer hver høst.
