Deze koffie is verwerkt door de Kindeng droogmolen, in de Western Highlands van Papoea-Nieuw-Guinea. Ze werken samen met 1.500 kleine boeren in de gemeenten Kindeng en Arufa. De producenten verkopen koffiekersen aan de molen, die ze vervolgens sorteert en droogt op verhoogde bedden. De koffie wordt gedurende de dag regelmatig geharkt om een gelijkmatige droging te garanderen.
