Det første av våre guatemalanske tilbud denne sesongen kommer fra Tinamit Toliman-kooperativet. Kooperativets 26 medlemmer driver jordbruk i fjellene som omkranser Atitlán-sjøen i det sørlige høylandet i Sololá.
Dette partiet er søtt, fruktig og litt alkoholpreget. Noter av fersken og ananas med en syltetøysaktig munnfølelse.
