Penawaran pertama kami dari Guatemala musim ini berasal dari koperasi Tinamit Toliman. 26 anggota koperasi ini bertani di pegunungan yang mengelilingi Danau Atitlan di Dataran Tinggi Selatan Soloa.
Lot ini manis, buah, dan sedikit beralkohol. Terdapat rasa buah persik dan nanas dengan sensasi mulut seperti selai.
