Het eerste van onze Guatemalteekse aanbiedingen dit seizoen komt van de coöperatie Tinamit Toliman. De 26 leden van de coöperatie verbouwen hun gewassen in de bergen rond het Atitlanmeer in de zuidelijke hooglanden van Sololá.
Deze partij is zoet, fruitig en een beetje alcoholisch. Tonen van perzik en ananas met een jamachtige mondgevoel.
