Na této mikrodávce se podílelo 563 pěstitelů z komunity Shantawene. Tito pěstitelé pěstují svou kávu v rámci polykulturního systému, ve smíšené kultuře s ovocem a zeleninou. Tato mikrodávka byla pojmenována Odaco podle stromu Odaco, který je důležitým symbolem pro lid Shentawene, jenž tuto kávu vypěstoval.
